I have been in Japan for 15+ years. Usually I buy things on Amazon. But the prices have been inflated and I went through 4 of the same motherboards that were all dead-on-arrival and each time I returned them I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund.
Im building a new high-end system for coding and video editing. For example a motherboard I want costs about $600 USD on Amazon.com. But on Amazon.co.jp it costs about $800 USD (116,508 Yen).
Some parts like Ram and M.2 drives are fairly priced. But GPU’s and Motherboards are way over priced!

Where can I get computer parts for “suggested retail pricing”?
I am not looking for discount pricing. I just want normal retail pricing.
I live in the Shikoku area between Kagawa and Tokushima but willing to go where ever.
Any suggestions?
