Like the title says, for some reason I cannot log into the mobile Suica app. This is a pretty old account that I haven’t used in years, but I verified my login info on the website. I can login just fine, but when I skip downloading my old card, it just sends me back to the login screen, no error. If I try to download my old card, it gives me an error saying I have to cash out the old one or something. I’ve tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and switching Google accounts in Osaifu Keitai, but no dice. I’ve got an Asus Zenfone 8, the Japanese edition, if the model matters. Has anyone had this issue before? I’m wondering if I have to just contact thier support. I need Suica to use the JR commuter pass, so I can’t just switch to Pasmo

I don’t have my old device working so I had to do this differently. first login to suica account from the website [login](https://www.mobilesuica.com/)
then select 再発行登録 reissue registration
after that, it’ll show as cleaning the server ( or something like that) you’ll have to wait until get completed ( took a whole day for me)
when this is under processing your suica app login will show as please wait) [ しばらくお待ちください]
after everything completed you will able to login as usual . hope this helps
