So I just moved back to Tokyo after being away for some time and I was not aware that they did away with physical PASMO cards. I was trying to add it to my wallet on my iPhone and it won’t let me. It keeps saying payment declined. I thought it was an issue with my bank but it ended up not being the case because I’m able to use my card everywhere. I was wondering if anyone else is aware of this issue and does it have it to do with my region on the iPhone being set in the United States?
