Does anyone know of a shop (in Tokyo would be best) that might sell or stock used *kane/摺鉦/かね* or similar hand-held gongs used in traditional musics?
How would someone look up city/prefectual noise bylaws? I’ve found noise ordinances for construction, but would like to see if my area actually has a general set of rules for noise during specific periods and or zoned areas.
