So i just got my first Rakuten credit card (gold) and i did all the stuff it asked, downloading the two apps, signing up for e-navy etc, also added it to apple wallet etc.
But now i ended up facing many options and i dont know which one is which. As my knowledge of Japanese is way too limited and the app is all in Japanese, and the Rakuten apps, websites and explanations are too brain stimulating for me to extract any meaningful information out of it. So i was wondering if there is anyone who has mastered handling Rakuten card. Any info are appreciated.
My main question is, what are:
Rakten pay,
Rakuten cash,
Rakuten point
E-Navy
Rakuten edy
Rakuten etc
How do i get points and how do i spend them
The RakutenCard app, RakutenPay, and iphone’s Wallet app, what is each one used for and which one is the most useful?
And also any other stuff that i should know and I didn’t mention?
