I failed at a simple task😭

I’m a foreigner working in a Japanese company. I feel like I want to resign cause I failed at a very simple task. My boss gave me an instruction to prepare a business lunch for 5… FIVE persons only.. and I prepared for SIX!!! I set a table for six….😭😭😭😭

I feel so embarrassed I failed just for a simple task with a very clear instruction.😭😭😭
