Bet you my left nut the agency will be more of a political tool for feminists and their sensitivities than an advocate for young children, calling it right now that they’ll spend more time trying to illegalize lolicon comics or 17 year olds doing gravure shoots in a bikini than preventing children from getting assaulted in grade school or hazed in the club room or revamping the education system.
Would be great to take care of the “I kidnap our children and you’ll never see them again” problem as well with that new agency.
