This is a weird situation for me.
I was supposed to receive a package from Yamato for something my husband bought from Amazon. We got a slip that said “delivered,” confirmed by the post office (also it’s partially in English), and the Yamato sales office showed us a slip that was signed “SW” which is neither of our signatures. So basically, someone signed for our package, received it, and we got the slip? I’ve already knocked on all the doors in my apartment (luckily it’s small) and no one knows anything. We’ve already been to Yamato sales office and that’s all the info we got.
So what should we do? Any help is appreciated.
ETA: Amazon shows the package as not yet delivered…but the office and the slip show it signed for and delivered…no photo of delivery either
