Looking for Restaurant Rec: Ginza or Marunouchi line, not far from Tokyo Station

Looking for a restaurant rec. Playing cupid. Two men two women. We are all 40+ adults. Food should be main, as 3 of the 4 peeps don’t drink much, and the ones who do prefer non-bubbly, so probably looking at wine. Should be not cheap, but not stupidly expensive. Me and one woman are good friends and are both married to other people. We are introducing our friends to each other – those two have never met and are both single — we’re trying to HOOK THEM UP.

Looking for a place on Ginza line or Marunouchi Line, Hibiya Line OK too. Should be nearish to Tokyo Station / Akasaka / Toranomon / Kasumigaseki… somewhat flexible.

You know, not a super bright place. Not a overly quiet place. But not place that is super over the top loud. Anything come to mind?
