… and they haven’t given me the Tracking number (they said they lost it)
EDIT: Thank you everyone, the returned item arrived at my apartment before 1pm today so the cancellation was a success 🙏🏻 The item was not swapped, dirty etc.
I sold this brand new item that was stored for a few months and I didn’t check it thoroughly that there was a faint mark inside.
Mercari buyer wanted to return it for refund so I agreed since I overlooked the issue.
Now they said they returned it last 01/09 but until now, there was no tracking link and the deadline for the transaction (to be automatically completed) is 01/13.
What will happen if the transaction automatically completes and I haven’t received the returned item? What next step should I take?
