So this has probably been answered a lot already, but let me ask anyway: My employer wants to transfer (出向) me for 30% of my time to one of our subsidiaries.
Contract wise, I will still be with the original company – no changes here.
I’m on an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services Visa.
What I would like to ask is: is this possible without any problems? Do I have to report this to the immigration services agency?
This is a great chance for me, so I would really like to take up this opportunity.
