Can someone tell me what on earth is going on at the 7-11 headquarters and factories? Just on packaging alone it’s already the worst, I have never once been able to cleanly unwrap an onigiri from its plastic.
But these last couple of months the little rice balls (I swear they’re way smaller than they were a couple years ago, but not cheaper!) have been falling completely apart upon opening them. They break into halves and the filling just falls out.
I’m so sick of this cheapery it’s not acceptable at all, but often 7-11 is the only convenience store near me.
That’s all, just needed to complain. I wonder if I’m the only one.
