assorted sashimi in Penghu, Taiwan


This is the freshest sashimi I’ve had in recent months. Located in the islands of Penghu, the owner opened a sashimi bar in a remote village that only source from the local fish market each day, hence the type of fish is different depending on availability. If my memory serves me right, those are Cobia, Grouper, Black Scraper, Striped Jack, Fusilier and Sea bass.
Total It cost NTD 500 which is about $16 USD
