after lurking in the sub for a few weeks and craving sushi every damn day, i got my mom and i reservations to a sushi class for christmas.
so some of these are not the prettiest, but i am stoked to now have the confidence to go into a store and (sort of) know what i need so i can practice at home. if you have an opportunity to take a sushi class, i highly recommend it. we had so much fun.
