Shinjuku > Harajuku > Shibuya

5am – Wake up bright and early to head to Meiji Shrine, hitting golden hour for some photography
8am – Find some breakfast
9am – Harajuku, Takeshi Street – Explore around and do some shopping
12pm – Lunch
2pm – Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden
5pm – Shibuya Crossing / Sky – Photography/People Watching/Explore
8pm – Golden Gai (Mixed on this, might just pass by to see it) / Dinner

I’m going with my wife to Japan for the first time and we have this day to do some exploring and want to try and his these three places. It seems doable, Meiji Shrine is next to Harajuku and if we like Harajuku enough, we could just stay there and skip Gyoen Garden (Especially since we’re going to Kyoto later on). Shibuya I’d like to hit once the sun starts to set for some photography and exploring. Golden Gai… lots of mixed reviews on this, so if we don’t do it, it’d just be dinner plans.

Thoughts? Thanks !
