Lighting was terrible for photos, but I got a pic of one of my plates tonight. Restaurant was hella busy and I don’t love how this was plated, but it was delicious. Roll was eel and cucumber inside, topped with spicy tuna, avocado, spicy mayo, and eel sauce.


My other roll was the house special that was a piled up thing they set on fire. The nigiri was definitely better than the rolls I got.

Went to Vegas last week and I had the best salmon nigiri of my life at The Buffet at Wynn. Sounds weird to say that, but they had a respectable Asian section and every dish was excellent. I got more salmon nigiri with every plate. 😅
