How to get 身元保証人 (Guarantor)?

I’m a foreign student who’s about to enter a Japanese company. Perhaps like any other company, they ask me to prepare 身元保証書 (Personal Reference Guarantee) which has to be signed by a working Japanese acquaintance.

I don’t have a working Japanese acquaintance.

Any ideas how to get someone or a support to prepare this document?
