Sentence Structure / Part of Speech Order

In Japanese, do words like “yoku” (often) and “maiasa” (every morning) always come at the beginning of a sentence?

For example in English you can put them at the beginning or the end of a sentence:

I often read books
I read books often

I eat breakfast every morning
Every morning I eat breakfast

(One order sounds a little better than the other but both are grammatically correct and understandable)

But it seems like in Japanese there is a very specific way to order the sentences.

Frequency Adverb comes first (often, tomorrow, every morning), then time (at 10 o clock), then Object (breakfast) then verb (to eat)

Is this always the way sentences are ordered or is it just as flexible as English?
Can anyone explain further on this topic regarding the specific order of different parts of speech?

Thank you so much.
