BBA in the EU to MBA in Japan?

As the title implies, I am a soon-to-be BBA graduate wondering what to do next to move to Japan:(
My first thought was “should I aim for a MEXT/JASSO/private university scholarship and pursue an MBA there?”, but after some time browsing this subreddit and reading things such as “everybody knows an MBA is worthless without work experience”, “don’t do it” and the like it made me question if that’s actually the most reasonable option and I am now brooding over it without any clear idea in mind.
I am 23 years old and live in Spain at the moment. I speak spanish, english, russian, german and japanese (roughly N3, although I have never officially taken a JLPT exam).
My mother is of japanese descent but she doesn’t have japanese citizenship either, so I’m just “another gaijin”. However, I like the culture and have always wanted to move.
Any advice or tips on how to proceed? I would be eternally grateful!😭🙏🏻❤️

actually take the exam to see where you’re at first, as you’ll likely need to be much more fluent to even start considering post-grad schooling in Japan.
