Arrived in Japan 2 days ago, went to 711 and got why I thought was a healthy Tom Yum noodle soup meal.
I checked the label when I went home and it states 72.8g of sugar (77g of Carbs as well)!!! It was only rice noodles, 2 pieces of shrimp and a small amount of tomato soup.
Am I missing something with how the Japanese record nutrition or is there genuinely 72g of sugar in this dish? 🫣🫣
