Hello I’m keen about learning about Satsuma rebellion and this book was recommended to me

That appears to be a recent printing of an old book (1800’s). You should be able to find a digital copy drifting around for free.
Books about Saigo Takamori usually also cover the rebellion in depth, so you might want to look into them. The Last Samurai by Mark Ravina is good. I’m rereading it now and it’s even better than I remembered.
