Best way to move to Japan (no degree but experience living in Japan)

I’m a 23 year old male from the Uk and for the past few months I have been living and working in Japan.

I have been working as an English teacher in a private conversational language school teaching adults not children.

I was very skeptical of life in Japan as Id frequently read that it’s a great place for vacation but a bad place to live/work however I have never ever been so happy and felt so at home ever before in my life.

The problem is i’m here on a working holiday visa which only allows for 1 year maximum of stay. I also don’t have a degree nor can I get one and i realise this is a good way to get a permanent job/visa sponsorship.

Unfortunately my Japanese is pretty terrible despite my best efforts (barely N5) so my work options are fairly limited to teaching English at the moment.

Does anyone have any advice on a realistic way to move here or how to get visa sponsorship or any possible routes? Anything I can do with the remainder of my months in Japan to give me the best chance to move?

I know this may sound all very unrealistic but again I feel so happy here and feel like this is where I belong.

I greatly thank anyone who reads this and has any advice!
