Hello everybody! Today I received the extension of period of stay postcard for my husband and I which tell me I have to go before certain date and pay for two revenue stamps (8000 yens total). But on the top left corner in red it appears this kanjis ( 資格外有) and on top my husband’s file number. (he’s dependent visa with a work permit). What does this mean?
