It’s my first time apartment hunting. I live in Yokohama area and I’m currently earning 200k+ net monthly.
The one I’m eyeing right now is a 20.80m2 1K mansion in Yokohama (30min away from my workplace) that costs around 79,000 monthly.
I was wondering how much does apartment rent, gas, water, and electricity usually cost all together? Will my salary be enough or should I look for more cheaper ones?
