We have Osaka gas, two person apartment, and the bill suddenly shot up from last month. It was around 3000円 last month, and this month it rose to 9000円! I don’t think we really used that much more gas… In our apartment complex, we can see the meters of everyone else too as they are on the top right of everyone’s doors. We noticed that everyone’s meter is actually higher than ours.
What is going on?
