Master’s in japan

Hello everyone. I’m a soon-to-be master’s graduate in my country (Italy) though it’s not a “standard degree”, it’s a combined bachelor’s and master’s in a single 5 years degree.
I’d like to acquire some work experience here in my country (3-4 years max) and then move to japan, but since it’s hard to be transferred or to be employed while overseas I’d like to take the student visa route and apply for a master in Japan so I can try to be find a job while I’m there.
By searching online I’ve learned that to be able to apply to a master’s program in Japan you need a bachelor, since I won’t physically have a bachelor but a master’s degree, will I be eligible?? I swear I looked everywhere but there wasn’t a single post here talking about something similar to my situation since the common route after a master’s is a PhD.

More info:
1. I’m graduating in pharmaceutical chemistry and technology
2. Someone will probably advise to take a PhD but I’m not interested in doing that
3. I don’t mind taking another master’s and become a student again, I love what I study
4. The economic situation here Is so bad (50% taxes on your income) and I need to get out of here
5. I’m already studying Japanese and I know the importance of knowing the language (the 2 years of master could also be a chance to live there and to reach some kind of fluency)
6. I don’t particularly mind the salary, just enough to live comfortably
