A bit of background, I am a foreigner working as a software engineer under a haken company on a contract basis.
So I recently had a job interview and was asked during a 2nd interview why I am looking for another job at another company. And why I didn’t ask my agent for a transfer.
I was baffled by this since I am used to being a regular employee from my country. And if I wanted to change companies, I just apply to another.
Is it quite weird to jump from one haken gaisha to another?
