Hi all – I am building an itinerary for Japan next month with my wife (who will be 26 weeks along). Want to make sure this is a sufficiently “chill” trip and that I’m considering all the right things for her pregnancy. Trying to keep these light so we can be flexible in case she gets tired, needs a down day, etc. **Specific questions in the last column.**
Something to mention upfront — we like nature and quiet, but walkability is also nice. No need for a ton of nightlife or anything. Also will want to be reasonably close to OB hospitals in the event something happens during my wife’s pregnancy.

EDIT: changed 2/12-14 to be Kyoto (i.e., got rid of Miyajima and a stay in Osaka entirely). The hotel in Kyoto just dumped more availability on points for us 🙂
