Ikura Nigiri – it is beautiful

September 2016 in ShinQs, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.

I had to be there to get line in very early and my seat was ready after 1 hour or so. It was long line, very reasonable price at expensive taste. However, I am not sure if it still opens. It has been long time. I saw them serve me really raw ikura (with a tiny net). Yum!

  1. How do you eat this? Is the green underneath that something you can pick up and put in your mouth? I can’t tell if it’s part of the plate design.

    It looks absolutely amazing.

  2. Lmao this is the laziest presentation I’ve ever seen. I’m shocked this came from Japan, those chefs should be ashamed
