homemade butaniku no shogayaki (ginger pork stir-fry)!


I’ve never tasted it before, so today I decided to cook some for my parents and myself, with onions and cabbage too. I know it’s typically made with rather thinly sliced pork but we can’t get that where we live and we had some pork loin medallions out so I just cut them into strips. used some sake that my sister brought home for us from her trip to Japan and it turned out pretty good 🙂
