Hi, I would like to know if there is a new rules making bank deny opening a bank account to foreigners that are in Japan for less than 6 months.
It is the third time I stay long time in Japan, but it is the first time all the bank ask me to comes back when I will have stayed more than 6 months.
This said I could open a Japan post account, but I need another account for some payments (don’t ask me why).
