I’m wondering if anyone has experiences they can share as fat/overweight people who have gone through the mandatory health check process in Japan (the ones that I believe are free for everyone and gets organized through our schools/contracting organizations). I’m feeling a bit anxious about it all since there’s not much privacy with health related things and JET. Is this something I should be worried about or am I overthinking? Note: I know they already have my health records from my application but I’ve been told that the results from these tests get delivered to our schools.
