  1. So, I was looking up the word “彷徨う”, and both [Jisho](https://jisho.org/search/%E5%BD%B7%E5%BE%A8%E3%81%86), [jpdb](https://jpdb.io/search?q=%E5%BD%B7%E5%BE%A8%E3%81%86&lang=english#a) and [Wikitionary](https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E5%BD%B7%E5%BE%A8%E3%81%86) claim it’s an intransitive verb. The problem is, the sentence in which I first found this word was using it as a verb with a explicit direct object. From Pocket Monsters:

    >サトシたちはまだトキワの森をさまよっていた

I then started searching for it in Japanese sources, and I found that [Mojidict](https://www.mojidict.com/details/1989114489) claims it’s a transitive verb, and has a bunch of other examples where the verb is used as a verb with a direct object too.

So, my question is, are Jisho, jpdb and Wikitionary really all just straight up wrong in this case?

  2. Hope this kind of question is ok here– I read the rules and didn’t see anything against it. Not a Japanese question per se but looking for some ideas. I was curious if anyone here has good recommendations for “side hustles” using their Japanese knowledge? I have an intermediate ability (passed N3 last year and still studying).

Looking for a good “side hustle” to do as I have a lot of time on my hands, and would love Japanese to be involved, but completely lost as to how to find a small opportunity like that.

  3. どてどて走る

What is this どてどて?For some reason it’s hard for me to find info on it
