I’m currently saving up money to attend language school in Japan after I’m done with Undergrad studies here in the states (expected grad is December 2024). I’ve looked in various language schools and want some input from those who have been through the system or know people who have. My top 3 schools I’m looking into are:
\- Nagoya International Academy: I really like Nagoya as I stayed at a friend’s grandparent’s house over this recent summer. However, I’ve struggled to find many reviews or mention of this school online, so I’m a bit skeptical.
\- KCP International: Heard many good reviews about this one but I’m not a fan of Tokyo. I’m still willing to attend the school if it means I will receive a quality education though.
\- Fukuoka Foreign Language College: Haven’t done as much research into this one as the other 2 but I’ve seen mostly positive sentiments.
Overall, I’m looking for a school that is extremely rigorous and will force me to master the language. This is the most important thing to me so location, cost, and other factors are secondary. Let me know any recommendations you may have whether it be one of the schools I’m interested in or a different one.
