Hi there! I am a ahamo customer trying to buy a new phone and pay in installments.
It was already a pain to get my Sim because of the middle name and a small part erased on my resident card, but now the website doesn’t want me to pay a new phone by installments, even though I meet the requirements.
Did anyone have the same experience and could you fix it?
The customer center couldn’t tell me why it wasn’t working.
By the way I am a permanent resident.
