I’m a US citizen living in Tokyo. I want to apply for a tourist visa to visit Uzbekistan. (US citizens have to apply in advance.) I haven’t found much information online about how to do this. I’m traveling with friends, but they’re Japanese and can enter without a visa. Has anyone else applied from Japan? Where do you start?
