I’ve had the tuna in the pic, I have no idea what type of tuna it is but it was super soft and melts in ur mouth.
I make sushi at home often and can never get tuna to be that texture. I wonder if there’s a way to know what tuna this is, or if there’s a specific way to make tuna soft like that?
