2. I need to make this asap! Those premade ones they sell at groceries are way too pricey.

3. Okay, but did you try to eat one too soon and do that half-open mouth huffing thing to cool it down? Because that’s a vital part of the experience. :3

4. I never even thought about making these! This is my 3rd favorite food of all time and I always assumed they were too difficult to make at home

   I have not tried it before and I’m unsure how I’d feel about octopus/squid.

8. For a first effort, that is outstanding! I’d possibly let them cook a touch further to get them a little more brown, but they really look fabulous.

   Takes me back to my first meal on my first trip to Japan. Didn’t really know what to expect and burned the shite out of my mouth😂
