Marinate salmon in sake mirin sugar salt soy sauce
Take out of marinade and Lightly coat with potato starch powder.
Pan fry salmon with mushrooms.
When almost done, pour in remaining marinade and simmer, and Japanese herb (seri), cook a bit and done!
