Itinerary check – 5th of March exploring Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya all in one day?

Hey guys! My friend and I will be spending roughly 8 days in Japan visiting Osaka, Tokyo and Mt Fuji. But I was wondering if exploring three cities in one day doable? Im worried about this one particular day it feels packed bc all the other days seem a bit more lax to me. Would really appreciate some insights/suggestions on it. Our itinerary looks like:

7.30AM: get breakfast at Akihabara (this is where our hotel is)

i) Shinjuku
– Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Building
– Godzilla Head

ii) Harajuku
– Takeshita street

iii) Shibuya
– Cherry blossoms garden/yoyogi park
– Shibuya scramble crossing
– Shibuya sky (getting the 5pm ticket)
– Dinner at Kiwami-ya
– Loft store
– Mega don quijote
– Hachiko statue

I was thinking of including Nakamise- Dori street as well, but what do you guys think? I think its pretty unrealistic tbh but at the same time dont want to miss out, plus also considering the train/station exchange that’ll take time too.
