College and jobs?

Hello everyone, around a year and half from now I will be moving to Japan (sumida) for university. I was wondering if there’s any jobs I could do part time for some extra cash. My Japanese is decent but always improving. Might not be likely but I was wondering if I’d be able to cut hair at a barbershop, I’m already a barber but wondering how that process works there.
