I’ve been learning japanese on and off (due to my own incompetence) and I can easily remember Hiragana no matter the time in between my learning. But whenever I get to Katakana, I can never seem to retain the information. It’s proving difficult for me to move past basic understanding without the knowledge of katakana.
With that being said, does anyone have any advice or tips on memorising katakana? I think what I know about hiragana is making it hard to also learn a second symbol for the same phonetic.
