Im first time teacher, half Japanese half Filipino JT . I started working last year April but the training started on march.
Ive been working for 1 year now and all I can say is there’s so much to do and I have no idea how to do them. I feel like a failure I do ask my coworker sometimes on how to manage other stuff. And now I’m getting shitted on by a teacher who also works in my classroom she doesn’t even clean after class. The classroom is a mess the desks are full of trash the desks are all over the place.
whenever she writes on the communicative notebook she’s always so snarky and bitchy on how the way she writes to me. Like I know at this point I should get used to all the work but I don’t even get paid that much
Teaching and bonding with the kids is fun it is really a great experience there are some moments when kids disrespects you, but the way I get shitted on/made fun of by the “parents’’ bc I mispronounce something is too much I shouldn’t care about what they think of me or what they say bc shitty people exist. But it gets too much to handle sometimes and I just want to quit.
I admire teachers really for doing such a great job this job is not a joke.
