Hello! I’m getting married (hopefully in May). Me and the fiancé have small families and are looking to just do a 15-20 person banquet/ dinner with ceremony at a local shrine. We still want privacy but without the price tag of renting out a banquet hall or Chappel? Does anyone know of a place in the Kobe, Kyoto area?
