Searched…. Yes, i did the online forms to get an HS code…. local (small) post office near my home said, its still not possible?… should i go to a “bigger” post office (there is one a station over)? Is it not possible to ship to Czech/Prague? at this time?…. Anyone ship to Czech?….. need to know what im doing wrong…. Thank You for any help…. (just trying to ship candy and chocolate)

This seems to indicate it’s possible as long as you’re shipping air mail. Try a bigger post office or I normally ship DHL to Europe.

If it’s a very small office then they sometimes don’t accept outgoing packages or international mail, only domestic letters. Had one close to me for a while that was like that, it eventually closed and they built a bigger one that accepts international mail etc.
I’ve shipped snacks and other stuff to Slovakia through a normal JP post , you just have to write down the contents of your package and depending on that they calculate the price. At first the staff even told me that packages are not possible to Slovakia, I just kept saying they are because I did it before, lo and behold they found out it’s really possible to ship and did it no problem.
