I’m living around Hiroo and looking for a cooking class. I want to learn to make Japanese home style food while I’m head and can easily find the ingredients. My Japanese isn’t great (I’m nearing the end of GENKI I), but I’m comfortable enough in the kitchen that I would get a lot out of a Japanese only class. English would be preferable, but all of the ones that I’ve found seem like 2 hour sushi making classes for tourists. I’d much prefer struggling through a good class in Japanese.
