Seeking Advice for Summer Job/Internship Opportunities in Japan for English Speakers

Hi everyone,
I’m a university student with dual citizenship (American and Japanese) but I have no Japanese language skills. I am living in Tokyo with my father’s family this summer to learn some Japanese. While I am there I would like a job/internship so I am searching for job/internship opportunities where English is the primary language. While I know they are the most common option, I’m not particularly interested in English teaching roles and would love to explore other areas.
I am a Philosophy/International Relations student and I have experience working with nonprofits, artists, and financial companies. I’m open to pretty much any sector. Does anyone have suggestions or advice on where to look, or specific companies/organizations that cater to English-speaking interns or employees? Any tips on navigating the job market in Japan as an English-only speaker would also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
