Hi! Traveling with an older friend, she has knee and back issues but still wants to explore as much as she could! If you have any recommendations for art, anime (big on anime) makeup, classes/shows/museums, stationary (she LOVES), and ofc food ect that would be easier to access we would appreciate it! We are thinking we might have to skip some shrines because of this mobility issue though. Or travel by foot to avoid a lot of stairs at train stations. No clothes shopping btw!
All I need for traveling around is the suica card on my phone? I don’t want to buy the JR pass since I’m only going from Tokyo to Kyoto for big travel.

February 14th-19th: Tokyo
Hotel Gracery-Shinjuku
Day 1:
-arrive at Narita Airport at 15:30
-Take taxi (?) to hotel
-Korea museum
-Get dinner and explore the area around hotel
Day 2:
-Hopefully team lab (trying to get tickets)
-stationary shopping (Tokyo hands)
-try kaiseki experience?
-tea experience at sakurai tea shop (maybe)
-Family mart (she’s never seen one) close to hotel
Day 3:
-shibuya sky (trying to get tickets)
-shibuya crossing
-shibuya anime shopping
-don q
-sensoji temple and fortune
-nakamise shopping street
Day 4:
-Mt. Fuji day trip. Still deciding which one on klook
Day 5:
-Takeshita street/omotesando
-explore harajuku
-might take her to a maid cafe for the cute experience
-yoyogi park
-ota museum
Day 6:
-finish up at hotel and leave for kyoto
-want a scenic route so probably Shinkansen one time ticket?
February 19th-21st
Onyado Nono-Kyoto
Day 6:
-check in
-kyoto tower/museum
-aquarium
-manga museum
-niji castle
Day 7:
-maybe a Kyoto tea ceremony? Looking at one that includes geisha/maiko in gion. They are just expensive so idk for now
-nishiki market
-samurai and ninja museum
-yasaka pagoda
-pontocho
Day 8:
-leave back to Tokyo
February 21st-22nd
Sunshine City Prince Hotel-Ikebukuro
Day 8:
-arrive at hotel and drop off luggage
-explore sunshine city
-aquarium
-studio ghibli shop here
Day 9:
-leave for Narita Airport early. Flight is at 08:50am
