My daughter and I are probably moving to Nagoya later this year and will be aiming to live in the northeast of the city, within 30 minutes drive of Nagoya International School.
My employer would provide a home and furniture for at least my first year but we’d like to know what to expect, so here’s a slightly random question – what can we expect from a typical kitchen in a house or apartment in that kind of location? We like to cook so ideally we’d hope for a kitchen with a built-in oven, at least 3 hobs and a good amount of cupboard and countertop space, but I know that some countries don’t really do kitchens so it’d be good to know whether it’s worth me asking for this sort of thing or it’s unrealistic.
