Japan status question

I’ve been trying and trying for over 10 years now to make things work but I’ve been in an abusive relationship with a Japanese man and I want to escape… but we have a child and I’m worried about my status in Japan. I have no job currently due to my husband and if I were to leave him I’m worried about losing my visa status(I just have a 1 year spouse visa after leaving the country for him). If I did leave him is there a status I can stay in Japan under as a mother of a Japanese child? I have nothing to go back to in my home country and I don’t want to leave my life here… I don’t know what to do …
